Please indicate the method you wish to have the requests returned. (Mailed, emailed or FAXed)<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>The Agent shall collect the estoppel preparation fee as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$200.00 if there are no delinquent amounts owed to the association.<\/li>\n<li>An additional $50.00 fee for an expedited estoppel certificate delivered within 3 business days after a request for an expedited certificate.<\/li>\n<li>An additional maximum fee of $150.00 if there is a delinquent amount owed to the association.<\/li>\n<li>Each property estoppel certification by the same owner will be a separate transaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/forestlakesofcocoa.org\/Wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/2026-FLOC-FAQ.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2026 FLOC FAQ<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please contact our Forest Lake office to make the\u00a0Estoppel request.
