There is also a document called “Rules We Live By” used by Forest Lakes. The document was created for Unit owners to easily navigate the Forest Lakes of Cocoa “FLOC Rules and Regulations” founding document. The document uses a table of contents to quickly index the list of rules.
In the event of any discrepancy or conflict exist between the rules and amendments listed in these “Rules We Live By” and those found in our official Condominium Documents (including the Declaration, Bylaws, and any recorded amendments), the provisions in the Condominium Documents will take precedence.
