124 or more Yes votes were needed to pass.
None of the 2025-2026 updates were approved.

The vote to approve the updates to the Founding Documents will be conducted pursuant to Section (18.1) of the Declaration amended March 9, 2009 page 84. Here is the link to Amendment #10.

In Florida, “marked” (redlined or underlined/strikethrough) condominium documents are necessary primarily for transparency and legal compliance during the amendment process, even after the final, clean documents have been issued and recorded. They form part of the association’s official records.
